What do I need to prepare?
We bring all the equipment. All we need from you is basic utilities like electricity and water access. For some interiors, removing bulky objects and personal items from the inside may assist in preventing loss of property and make for a faster clean. Otherwise, if that’s already done, then you’re ready for a car detail from Walden Detailing!
What happens during an appointment?
We will likely meet with you before cleaning to take car keys and get started on the cleaning. Once finished, payment will be discussed, where we will then hand the keys of a now-shiny car to you – ready to drive!
Do I need to get a detail?
Not all cars require the most expensive option. We offer maintenance cleans which work best if you feel the car isn’t that dirty, but more complex details can remove stuck-on dirt and clean beyond the superficial look of the car. We offer flexible services that can fit a wide range of conditions for your car – contact us to find out which service works best for you.
Can I watch the process?
Of course! We are proud of our work and would not mind at all if you watch the car detailing process live.

I need a custom service / I don’t see the service I want
No worries! We work with our customers, so if you want something specialized or need advice on what your car might need, the bundles on our website are not the only things we can do.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle, or Venmo is preferred. We still accept contactless payment via credit card or Apple pay. Don’t hesitate to ask about an alternate form of payment using our contact page if needed!
